I wanted to reach out regarding my stay. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that really affected the experience. There was no hot water available for an entire night and the following day, which made it difficult to shower or comfortably use the space. Additionally, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the stay, which was not sufficient for the booking.Given these inconveniences, I believe a partial refund would be fair. Please let me know what you’re able to offer—I’d prefer to resolve this directly
