Check in went well. The front desk agent was very professional and friendly. However, when when we got in the room the tv remote wasn’t working and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was empty. The next morning next morning the housekeepers had a baby in a stroller in the hallway. When I went to the front desk to tell her about the remote she put new baton the remote and told me the housekeeper will be here soon and told me to go ask the housekeeper about the shampoo and conditioner. She was sitting in a chair texting with a hoody on. She was very rude. I asked her what her name was, she said Margarita. The staff were all wearing street clothes with no name tags, so you could not tell if they were guests or staff. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were sitting in water, the sausage in grease and the fruit was bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
