Woodhaven Retreat is a beautiful, modern rustic cabin in a private community with paved roads, abounding nature, and beautiful sunsets, all surrounded by the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains. With an open floor plan and plenty of windows for natural lighting, there’s a lovely view wherever you look. The cabin’s interior feels cozy yet spacious, furnished with the modern amenities and decorated to feel warm and inviting.

For entertaining, the entire cabin is furnished with ample comfortable seating and many activities to keep you busy during your stay, including shuffleboard, a dart board, a wide variety of board games and puzzles, five smart televisions, two indoor gas fireplaces, an outdoor wood burning fireplace, a gas grill, and a fire pit.

Both stories offer a covered deck (the lower level deck is also screened) where you can sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunningly beautiful scenery. Soak in nature from the comfort of several seating areas.

When you’re ready to wind down for the night, the cabin’s 3 bedrooms are expertly decorated and furnished with luxurious amenities to make it a perfect place for resting after a day of exciting adventures in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NATURE IMMERSION ★
The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
Although we love animals, the cabin is not suited to accommodate pets, and we would kindly ask you not to bring your furry friends with you.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. You will be charged for any damaged items. Thank you very much for your understanding.

All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/guardians allowed).

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests; if you bring more guests than reflected on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund.

No parties or events. Quiet hours are to be observed from 11 pm to 7 am.

We observe a good neighbor policy. Please treat the property with the same care and respect you would with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was when you arrived.

To prevent theft and/or damage to furnishings or your personal property, please close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the property and upon check-out.

Moving furniture or decor is prohibited.

Clean all food and drink spills immediately. Be aware that food and drink spills on carpet, rugs, and furnishings may result in damage to the property and thus incur a repair or replacement fee.

No pets; if you bring a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave without refund and charged an additional $100 cleaning fee.

The hot tub is for adult guests only; children are not allowed in the hot tub unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Use at your own risk.
