Bed was too low to the floor, hard to get up. There was a light in the parking lot shinning into my room they need to make it shine down to the parking lot. The breakfast was fantastic.good selection.

The room was spotless and inviting. It did not disappoint us. We slept undisturbed on a comfortable mattress with no noise from surrounding rooms. The breakfast was well appointed and we will definitely be back. It was also very reasonable in price. We didn’t have to blow the budget for a clean room and good nights sleep.

Very clean and modern hotel with comfortable beds. We especially liked the airport shuttle and ability to park our vehicle here at no charge while on vacation and will be staying here again on our next trip when we fly out of Tri Cities.

Building is nice, room presentation is ok. But Heat and some of the staff are terrible. Turn the heat on it remains warm. My wife spoke with one of the staff to bring soap she told my wife come get it. Tv remote wasn’t working even after I requested for new one. I work at Disney as rooms inspector. If nothing is working properly we make sure we have excellent staff who will be there with you to make sure your needs are met.

I stayed here with my two small children, there was a pill in the bathroom floor. I feel like that should’ve been seen and swept up before our stay. I’m just glad I seen it and flushed it before my kids found it. Could’ve been bad if they got it.
