We love staying at this hotel when visiting granddaughter at IU. We did unfortunately have an issue this stay. Out room was 61 degrees and we could not adjust the temp. We went to the front desk to address. They contacted maintenance who did something internally and the heat began working but still took hours to get comfortable by bedtime. It then would not shut off no matter what we did and the middle of the night the temp was 76 degrees too hot to sleep. This mess with either freezing or being overly hot was very unpleasant during this stay. Not sure if we would choose this hotel that was previously our favorite in Bloomington.
