Disliked: Cleanliness
The property was enough space for my family. I requested a refund for the pet fee b/c we did not travel with our pet - No updates provided as yet. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with enough towels and wash clothes. The rest of the house needed thorough cleaning because heavy dust was throughout the house. I had to clean all rooms of dust because I and my family members have severe allergies to dust/mites. I received dust mite bites during my stay. On the Friday before our departure date, the ensuite bathroom was inoperable, frozen pipes - no running water. Had to use one bathroom for the family. Also, no hot water in the kitchen on Friday, but restored that evening. The owner was notified during the stay and responded, but did not resolve issues with the ensuite bathroom.
