Great Hotel

Great hotel to stay, 1 min walk from Gare de Blois-Chambord (its in front of you to the left - “1848 Restaurant- Beelodge” is the name of the place). Nice hotel, great complementary breakfast, rooms are nice and great! Friendly Staff! However, one very minor thing to note, in the rooms, there were no mugs (at least for me) and had only plastic cups, I would not pour hot water in those plastic cups (leeching BPA)…So unable to brew some tea or coffee in the room :( but was able to during breakfast.

Fan hotel in fab city

Amazing hotel close to many of the sights in this delightful city. This was our second stay and all of my previous review stands true. Wonderful friendly welcome, great parking for €6 per night. Very clean, very quiet with really comfy beds. The best shower. Breakfast was great as well with fruit, continental cold buffet as well as bacon and scrambled eggs. We will be back because there is more to explore in this fab city.

Comfortable stop over whilst travelling south.

Exceptionally helpful and efficient welcome from the receptionist both on check in and out. Very good English spoken. We had an issue with our booking which was nothing to do with the hotel but they sorted it for us. Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel quiet and underground parking good. Breakfast plentiful and tasty including a couple of hot dishes. We will definitely return to stay here and explore Blois. It was pouring with rain so we didn’t get to see much.

Very convenient with the train station across the street. Still a bit of a walk to sights in town though. Staff was really friendly and helpful, even assisting with a dinner reservation. Room was comfortable and it was the largest of all the hotels I stayed in France. Breakfast buffet was a nice bonus.

I had a wonderful stay here. I needed to take the shuttle to Zoo Beauval in the morning, which was just across the street. The staff was so nice and patient with my inadequate French. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful Blois is. The chateau is very interesting and the city is charming. There is also a bus to Chateau Chambord that I will take advantage of next time.

The Beelodge was conveniently located near the train station & an easy walk to the centre of Blois. The staff were helpful & friendly, the room spotless & the breakfast delicious! I would recommend this hotel.

Located next across from metro station. Breakfast was great, lots of options and highlight of my stay? Cons: noise. You hear every door close, and for the rooms next to you, the wall shakes when their door closes (slams shut on its own). Yeah. Very loud and unsettling. I happened to be across from the elevator as well. Its a new hotel. Suggest noise mitigation in hallways and adjust dampening of doors closing.

Excellent location in Blois

Excellent location just across the Blois-Chambord train station and a wonderful patisserie. It was walking distance from the Royal Castle of Blois and everything worth seeing in the town centre. The hotel is very new but there was not a big enough signage outside. Our room was larger than your standard double room with even larger bathroom which makes it wheel chair friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast menu was a very good start for a day. Our stay would have been perfect if there were facilities for laundry, and tour assistance for at least where to find the stop for the chateaux shuttle
