Ideally located on scenic Corn Neck Road, this beautifully restored Victorian offers the perfect combination of classic Block Island charm and modern comfort just half a mile from Crescent Beach. Guests can easily bike or walk to one of the Island’s most popular stretches of shoreline while still enjoying the peaceful setting and privacy of this historic home with a large back yard perfect for yard games and lounging.



Originally built in 1889, the home has been thoughtfully updated while preserving its timeless character, with inviting living spaces, abundant natural light, and plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The layout works especially well for families and small groups who appreciate having extra space to spread out. While the home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, there are additional bedrooms and flexible sleeping spaces that are ideal for children, teens, or friends who prefer a little extra privacy and separation during their stay.



Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas create a comfortable atmosphere for spending time together, whether you’re enjoying morning coffee before heading to the beach or unwinding after dinner in town. The spacious property and quiet surroundings add to the relaxed coastal feel that makes this area of Corn Neck Road so desirable.

The Space:

The first floor accommodates all of the common area spaces including laundry facilities off of the kitchen. A half bath is conveniently located off the living room. There is a king bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor along with an office/playroom space. The second floor has all the other bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms and another half bath with a second set of laundry machines.



Guest Access:

The house is dedicated to guests. They have full access to house and yard. There is a full time tenant in a second house on the property who are lovely neighbors.



The Neighborhood:

This house is located right alond Corn Neck Road, pushed back at a safe distance. It is almost 3 miles out of town, but only a half mile from the main entrance to Corn Neck Rd.



Getting Around:

This house is located on a paved main road. Old Harbor is 2.8 miles away. A car is highly recommended for this property, taxi rides can suffice for short stays as it is all paved roads to and from this house.
