"Check-in scandaleux avec une question déplacée alors que je présente les passeports de mon épouse et moi même,
harcèlement de la réception le soir pour une facture alors qu’elle avait une garantie qui couvrait le double du montant, check out désobligeant.. Mauvaise expérience du au service de la réception , la saleté de la mer et la piscine peu ragoûtante. Je passerai mon chemin la prochaine fois. Je regrette le Sheraton des premières années et invite le management à exiger du staff de reprendre ou finir leurs études à l’école Hôtelière. "
