Fabulous vacation home in a very quiet location.



You live here on a hill in the village of Prigradica. The house was completely renovated in 2022 and offers you an overflow pool with a beautiful semi-open covered terrace overlooking the island of Hvar and the sea. The design of the house with its various well-equipped rooms is thoughtful and homely.



Everything is prepared here for a carefree summer vacation. Nearby there is a pebble beach suitable for small children, 2 local restaurants and a beach bar. You have the possibility to rent a boat and a jet ski.



Visiting the whole island is recommended, because it is rich in sights, smaller charming places is, quaint wineries and local products such as oil, wine or vegetables.

Tolles Haus, tolle Location.

Tolles Haus, tolle Location. Ruhig gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht. Zwei Restaurants, ein Eiscafe, ein kleiner Supermarkt und der Strand sind in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sauber.Die Outdoorküche ist fantastisch.Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, war aber Ende September bei 24 Grad Lufttemperatur nicht zu kalt.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle ohne aufdringlich zu sein.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
