Family cottage between Angers and Saumur

Welcome to the grounds of the Bois Brinçon family vineyard, with its 21 hectares cultivated organically and biodynamically.

The village of Blaison-Saint-Sulpice is classified as a charming village. It lies in the heart of the Loire Valley region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ideally located between Angers, Doué-La-Fontaine, and Saumur, you will also be just 7 minutes from Brissac-Quincé and its historic castle.

'La Closerie' is a self-catering cottage located in a former outbuilding of the castle.

On the ground floor: a bright living room with a sofa, armchair, and television; a separate toilet; and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. An additional room with a laundry area provides ample extra storage space.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together. The bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet is shared between the two bedrooms.

Outside, accessible from the kitchen, you can enjoy the private, enclosed gravel courtyard furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and deck chairs. A perfect place to relax and unwind, with no overlooking neighbors and trees providing shade and coolness.

On-site activities include wine tasting and sales of the estate's wines. A bottle is offered to each guest upon arrival.

The Loire River is 4 km from the cottage, and the Loire à Vélo cycling route is 7 km away, leading towards Angers or Saumur for wonderful discoveries of the Loire Valley landscapes. Don't miss the troglodyte sites in the Douessin and Saumur regions. Treat yourself to a leisurely excursion with a Loire River cruise departing from Saint Mathurin sur Loire.

Linens are provided, and beds are made upon your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning and towels are optional. For longer stays (4 weeks or more), electricity will be charged based on a utility meter reading.
