John and Kay were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set right near the south pier and Pleasure beach. You can park on the street for free. There are plenty of food options in walking distance. The room was comfortable. The hotel bar is set in the basement and has a well stocked bar at very reasonable prices. The bar holds a pool table, two bandits, a darts board and a pac man arcade game, while the music plays in the background and the TV usually has the football or sports on. I would definitely stay here again, and hope to very soon.
