Another lovely stay at a great hotel

Park House Hotel is fast becoming our favourite Blackpool hotel. We were visiting Blackpool to see a show so we decided to treat ourselves to a stay in the Elizabeth Suite. The room was extremely spacious with King size bed, 2 comfortable armchairs, table and large screen TV. The adjoining seafront sunroom had 2 small sofas as well as a romantic table and chairs for sharing a glass or two of bubbly after the show. A larger bath and double shower topped off the facilities. The staff were fabulous, as always. The breakfast was plentiful as always (if a little slow on this occasion). All in all another lovely at a great hotel.

The owner met me at the property and upgraded me to a first floor front room which was really good of her so I could keep an eye 👁️ on my scooter.. Bed was comfy with a under counter fridge.. Will definitely use again if I can on .y next trip

I had a pleasant stay - steps up to the main door but there is step free access round the back - 2 lifts - but depending where your room is you may have to climb stairs on exiting the lift - very helpful reception- even arranged for my luggage to be taken up and brought down- I was b & b - breakfast was nice with very efficient table service - you helped yourself to juice etc. Not enough seats in the entertainment area - nice roomy shower and comfy bed, very little noise from other guests which was great. I would probably stay again.

What a brilliant hotel. Wish the all inclusive was offered when booking. Couldnt fault hotel. Parking on car park is first come first serve. We couldnt so parked down road near chemist and off licence shop. £13 for 24hrs. Not bad at all.

Lovely hotel, staff are fab, entertainment excellent. Dining really nice, shame they stopped doing sandwiches at 3pm , i always like a sandwich any time of the day. Rooms Lovely, warm, but fan helped. Mattress not the best could feel the springs and noticed massive damp patch on the ceiling , clear to see the problem had been fixed but could have been decorated to a high standard and wallpaper was hanging away from the wall, i just would expect with how much it was the decorating could have been sorted. Not a cheap hotel but on saying that for a 3 star hotel , not bad

The hotel looks grand on the outside, but inside was a little different. Parking was full, we had to squeeze the car up the side of the hotel & hand keys in so they could move the car as required. We had a room which had a fresh sick stain on the floor with sick on the over end blanket which clearly hadn’t been noticed by the cleaners. We placed it on the chair and left it there, wasn’t great first impression. There where Ants in the main entertainment room on the wooden dance floor - my toddler kept trying to catch them. Breakfast was good, service a little slow due to amount of guests, so make sure you have plenty of time before your heading out. Staff were all friendly, helped with requests around having balloons in the room for a birthday. So overall pros and cons to the hotel in my view. I wouldn’t stay again due to cleanliness but the rest of it was okay.

In need of some updating, floors in corridors really creaky. The mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Not sure if it was a double, seemed very small. Property had its own parking but charged £10 extra to use. Breakfast was nice and the bar also very good. Wouldnt stay again because of the poor quality bed.

It was an ok stay

Mattress was thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable, breakfast was basic to say it was full English. Floorboards seemed to be creaky everywhere, especially outside bedrooms. Key fobs are huge to carry about. Car park very tight. Will not stop again.

Lovely hotel and wedding reception service. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable clean room with everything we needed. If I was to be picky I'd say the hotel was far too warm, even for March. But apart from that me and my son really enjoyed ourselves.

Our room was tired ...........very dated and in need of a good clean. It was disappointing to say the least. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was ok. Entertainment was good.
