Dirty!!!!

The checkin was great, until you walked in. Place was filthy. Beds look like they were maid, but there was no sheets. Fridge and freezer had animal hair in it. The shower had used soap bars with dirty towels hanging up. The description said it came with supplies, but there was no laundry soap, no cleaning supplies, and no garbage bags. On the bright side the property manager was understanding and great to work with. You would think for how dirty and a pai. It was to get it clean, I would get something back as a discount, but that was a no.

Owner canceled day before our checkin

We reserved on July 7th to attend Eastern Idaho State Fair. We purchased event tickets for the fair, family members flew into Salt Lake City to join us for the 1st fair weekend. Our check-in was scheduled for Friday 8/29. We were notified the evening of 8/28 that our reservation had been canceled because the owner had doubled booked. Because of the Fair there were no other accommodations available. We had to forfeit our event tickets and family airline tickets. I may never use VRBO again and certainly not this owner.
