Appartement vieillissant, canapé médiocre, robinetterie ancienne sans mitigeur, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de wifi, vue sur le parking. Étage avec escalier. Juste pour avoir un toit. Mériterez un rafraîchissement extérieur car proche de l’océan et des commerces.
