The villa was newly built in 1999 in the typical spa architecture style in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Right behind the beach promenade, centrally located and only 50 meters from the wide, white sandy beach. The town center and the pier can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Your non-smoking apartment 200RB12 is on the 1st Upper floor of the house and has a sunny corner balcony to the southwest.[nbsp] A bicycle storage room and a barbecue corner can be used at the house. The 3 room apartment has a size of approx. 64 qm and can be occupied by up to 4 people. In addition to the bright living room with kitchenette, there are two separate bedrooms, a daylight bathroom with wash basin, shower / toilet, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. There is also a flat-screen TV in a sleeping area. In addition to the comfortable sitting area, you will find a separate dining area, flat-screen TV, free WiFi access and a music system with CD player in the cozy living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, Nespresso machine and various kitchen aids. Gut zum erholen

Gute Lage der Wohnung . Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann sehr viel Fußläufig erreichen. Wohnung hat eine angemessene Größe mit einem kleinen Balkon.
