Thanks to its central location, between the Baltic Sea beach and Schmachter See, or Wylichstrasse and Margaretenstrasse, and thus in the core area of Binz, are within a 3-minute walk of the beach 250 meters away, and various restaurants and shops are also just a few minutes' walk away.[nbsp] From July 2018 construction work will take place in the surrounding area.
