Dirty towels. Average beds. Worst issue was the floor. I don't know if they had just had the carpets dyed or if they were that dirty, however the soles of our feet our feet were absolutely black underneath Definitely couldn't wear bare feet there. Our bath mat looked like someone had stepped onto the mat with black feet before we used it. Other towels still had stains on them. The shower was extremely slippery. Had to put a cloth down inside the shower so we didn't slip over. Really needs a good make over.
