Let me clarify by saying we were at this property for a month so some things may have been amplified because of the length of time.
The best thing about this house was that it was close (walkable if you can walk 1 mile round trip) to downtown. That being said, it is on a busy road and we were awakened by semi trucks engine braking every morning around 6 am. The traffic noise is loud enough that you can’t really enjoy sitting on the patio by the fire pit. Speaking of the fire pit and the grill…there was no propane in either tank so we had to pay to fill the tanks to use the grill and the fire pit. I expect a property to provide full tanks for those “amenities “.
The house is VERY dark. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Even with every blind open, and all the lights on, the house is dark. There are about 5 different shades of light from the bulbs throughout the house so that’s also annoying. There were no tissues in the house. There was a huge stain on the carpet in the basement bedroom. The basement bedroom is the only bedroom with a king bed. The main floor bedroom (master) is a queen bed. There were multiplies of furniture that were broken upon our arrival. The management company was so unorganized we got messages saying they could do something, then saying they couldn’t back to saying they could. The basement bathroom is VERY small. A larger person wouldn’t be able to comfortably shower. By larger, I mean over 6’ and 200 lbs.
I do not recommend this house,
