There was nothing to like about the property besides a couple of helpful staff. Overall, unkept and unhygienic. The bathroom smelt of sewage, and ofter there would be a loud gurgling sound of water flowing down the sewage pipe from another floor. On arrival, we noticed that the bed line had been used and smelling. They changed this on our asking. Food overall was reasonably good, though we were concerned about the hygiene aspect given the overall ambience. We booked this property not expecting much, but more because it was supposed to be very near KIIT. However, given the bhubaneswar traffic, this hardly made any difference since it took us half an hour to the university to cover a distance of 2 km (on Google maps). So essentially, the actual experience turned out to be below our initial low expectations. Wouldn't recommend at all.

stayed here with spouse for 5 nights in jan 2022. the property is away from main road so its peaceful & quiet the staff is very helpful and prompt in service the cleanliness is acceptable, staff is eager to help clean..which ​is nice in covid times.. the room we stayed in (#203)had saggy mattress and non-functional bathroom fan..other than that comfortable stay. will stay again in future..
