Brief description:

The luxurious mountain chalet is situated in a quiet and sunny location at 1,717 metres above sea level. This is in the heart of the Engadine at the entrance to Val Bever, just a few kilometres from St. Moritz. With great attention to detail, the chalet has been kept very comfortable in typical Engadine style and furnished with a lot of warmth and flair as well as exclusively high-quality natural materials. Solid wood furniture and wooden and stone floors give the rooms a cosy and homely atmosphere. An open fireplace in the living room adds to the chalet ambience.
Nestled in lush meadows and rustic forests, the chalet, which is located on the edge of the village, offers direct access to cross-country ski trails in winter. An unmistakable view towards the Bernina massif and an impressive view of the nearby Engadine mountains. Just a few minutes' drive from the vibrant town of St. Moritz and numerous cultural and sporting attractions.

Facilities of the luxury chalet / private retreat with spa:

The luxury chalet offers around 150 square metres of living space for up to 6 people and is heated with underfloor heating. Built in 2022, the holiday home has two cosy bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed (separable) made of solid wood. There is also a sunny south-west-facing balcony and a lounge under the gable. A large bathroom with shower is available for both bedrooms. As all rooms are located under the roof truss, which is made of chopped wood, it has a very rustic and spacious feel.
The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with crockery, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. Everyone can sit comfortably and cosily at the rustic dining table with corner bench and chairs, which is located in an alcove, to enjoy a meal together. A cosy corner complements the kitchen area. The heart of the chalet is the large open-plan living area, where you immediately feel at home and where there is a cosy sofa, TV and open fireplace, which provides cosy warmth and a romantic atmosphere. The ground floor is completed with an additional bedroom and another spacious bathroom.
Directly adjoining the sun-drenched living area is a private terrace. The outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy cosy get-togethers all year round and promises indescribable views of the surrounding mountains and, as the last house in the village, unobstructed views of Val Bever. A stainless steel hot pot is also available for guests in the outdoor area.
A private underground car park directly beneath the chalet provides pleasant, stress-free access. There is a sports cellar right next to the car park where you can store skis, bikes or other sports equipment and utensils.
As a family of ski instructors, we can provide first-hand ski and cross-country skiing lessons and guiding. In the chalet you also have the opportunity to receive a relaxing massage or wellness treatment.
Directly in the chalet there is a private spa & wellness centre with sauna, shower, relaxation room as well as a Jacuzzi and an infrared lounger. The wellness centre is exclusively available to private chalet guests. (Except arrival/departure day, due to cleaning)
In the main residence, right next to the chalet, there is also the "Engadin Chalet Apartment". A spacious flat for 2 people with a separate kitchen on a living space of around 40 square metres with high-quality interior fittings.
The flat is complemented by a sports cellar, underground car park & private seating area. This means that larger groups of up to 8 people can also enjoy their holiday with us.

Location:

The chalet is perfect for sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation who are looking for a holiday destination in an almost untouched picture-book landscape. After an eventful day, the luxury chalet invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Various hikes to the numerous Alps start right on the doorstep. Summit climbers, on the other hand, have the opportunity to scale the Engadine mountains. The valley station of the Marguns/Corviglia ski area, the ski area of St. Moritz, is also just a few minutes' drive from the chalet and is a particular favourite with guests in winter. The cross-country ski trail runs right in front of the house and with around 220 kilometres of trails, the Engadin is considered the cross-country skiing Mecca of the Alps par excellence.
The region's countless sporting and cultural activities and numerous events need no further description. The Engadin St. Moritz region has been synonymous with attractive summer and winter tourism for over 150 years.

Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): The master bedroom directly under the spruce wood chopped gibel is very spacious with its own access to the balcony which has an unobstructed view towards Val Bever. The furniture is made of solid wood from natural oak by our master carpenter. A workstation with Lan and WLAN connection is also available.
