Summary:

Fully furnished condo in the Forest Grove Crossing community. Located 1.5 miles from Bettplex Sports Complex, Middle Road / I-80 Exit, shopping, restaurants and only 7.2 Miles to try your luck at Isle Casino. Roomy 3 bed(King, Queen & twin) with 2 full bathrooms and heated 2 car attached garage. Private balcony just off of the living room. 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with pull out twin mattress and work area with desk and chair. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Warm up and relax next to the gas fireplace place in the living room.

Our 3 bedrooms all have plenty of closet space and extra sheets as needed, especially for those longer stays. It is a roomy master suite and attached bathroom, with a spacious walk-in closet.



For beautiful weather, the back balcony/patio space is perfect to sit and relax.



Please note we hire professional cleaners between every stay, so you can be sure there will be fresh sheets and towels when you arrive.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and may come and go as they please. While there are quiet hours, there is no curfew. We use an electronic smart lock for safe and convenient contactless entry, great for checking in and out! The 2 car attached and garage is available for guests to use during their stay. To note, our 3-bedroom units are on the 2nd level, and entry is via a covered/enclosed stairway.

Please respect our property as we are not geared toward parties or large group. We have a high standard and intend to give our guests the best possible living space during their stay! March 2025 Charming Condo Review

Property was accurately described on-line and met all of our expectations (5 Adults). Host (Sara) messaged us immediately after booking and kept in contact from beginning to end. Host provided clear and concise check-in information the morning of our arrival and check-in process was very easy. Unit was clean, well organized and all pertinent information regarding the unit was prominently displayed on the kitchen island. Furnishings were comfortable and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings. Property was within easy commuting of Quad City sites and we thoroughly enjoyed returning after each day of exploring various sites. Host provided check-out reminder the day before we left with clear instructions for us to follow. This was a great VRBO unit and will definitely stay again when and if in the Quad Cities area. Thanks for a great visit Sara!!

Not everything worked

We had no wifi the entire stay, which also meant no TV. They only offered streaming services which of course needs wifi. The A/C did not work properly. A schedule was made to automatically set temperatures to 75. We could not adjust it. There are no kitchen towels or wash rags. The bathroom wash cloths were actually a mixture of kitchen cloths and bath cloths. The space was nice, but otherwise a hotel would have been better. I've messaged the host 3 times and still no response.

Moving to the area

We moved to the area from another state and needed a place to stay while waiting to close on the new house. Fantastic location. Close to grocery store, shopping, movie theater, and restaurants. Very clean! Kitchen well equipped. Attached garage was very nice and washing machine worked perfectly. It was easy to login to our streaming services on the TV and we enjoyed the checkers, Battleship, and puzzle provided. Beds were super comfy too! Only 2 suggestions- we could not find kitchen towels nor any kind of kitchen counter cleaner. Fortunately, store was nearby…but it would be nice if these were provided. The owners are super nice and very accommodating! They answered all questions quickly. Strongly recommend this place! One of the best VRBOs out there!

Beautiful upper level Condo

We met our adult children at this home for a family wedding in Iowa. What a nice place. Super clean, and they had coffee (which was great). You have to go up a wide flight of stairs to get to the living area, from the garage (FYI). We were very comfortable and we even could bring the family dog which everyone loved. We found 2 gorgeous parks to visit close to the home. We would definitely stay again
