A second family room downstairs includes a pellet stove, wet bar, 65” smart TV, foosball table, and board games—perfect for evenings in. Outside, unwind in the brand-new six-person hot tub, roast s'mores at the fire pit, or fire up the grill on one of two outdoor decks. Additional amenities include central A/C, smart TVs throughout the home, a wine fridge, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and garage parking for two cars plus a circular driveway.
