Comfortable - great location

This house is at an outstanding location with easy beach access, short walk to shops, and some ocean views. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Family Beach Vacation

Loved the house and location! Could see the beach from the balcony. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! Only one complaint from the group, they wished that the AC could be turned down below 70, it was a little too warm when trying to cool down from being outside all day - we just like it cold (lol) but overall it was an awesome place to stay. We loved everything about it and hopefully will be back next year!

Family beach vacation

We had an excellent time at this Bethany Beach house. The house was clean, the view was beautiful and the location was perfect! The elevator came in handy for all our luggage. Our kids loved bunk bed room. We loved how close it was to the beach and it was an easy walk to the board walk. We will definitely consider this home for future vacations! Thank you!

Winter Beach Haven

Wonderful house which is located within easy walking distance of the main town but far enough away. Also 1 house away from the beach so access was easy. In short, great house and great location.

Fantastic home & location

Loved the house, perfect for 3 families with a total of 6 kids. Loved the 2 living rooms, 1 for kids, 1 for adults. The location was perfect - close to beach and boardwalk. Will consider it again for next year.

Awesome house and location at the beach, close to center also

We had 10 family members -- my husband and I, our 3 grown daughters, 2 husbands, a friend, and our 2 granddaughters. We took the king suite up top (really nice), 2 married daughters and their husbands got the 2 queen bed rooms, and third daughter and her friend and 2 granddaughters took the full size bed on 3rd floor and 3 of the 4 bunk beds. Plenty of room for all, 4 baths, screened porch and 2 open porches. Steps from the beach and close walk to all the shops, etc. This house has an elevator, too! We all really enjoyed it.

Multi-generational long weekend away

This property worked great for a multi-generational family to gather for Mother's Day weekend. The elevator was used by my 85-year-old mom, and the internet worked well for those who had to attend work meetings. Having the 2 living rooms allowed quiet spaces to gather while others were playing board games, since the weather was not that great for spending the day on the beach. Mario the property manager was helpful with questions we had and check-in/check-out procedures. We would return!

Excellent All Around

The entire experience was excellent. From the willingness of the property management and owners to work with us under unusual circumstances. To a beautiful well equipped house with a great location perfect for our needs. The elevator is an especially nice touch if you have any elderly guests. I highly recommend this property.

Review

We really enjoyed it. The only shortcomings were there was no internet and no regular coffee pot . Had we known ahead of time we would have planned accordingly. We bought a coffee pot to accommodate the group. The lack of internet was just unexpected and inconvenient., other than that we thoroughly enjoyed it.
