Ideally located at the foot of the resort's slopes, this studio offers direct access to all shops, restaurants, services, slopes and ski school, hiking trails in the massif, mountain biking trails, zip line, Lac des Hermines, and various winter and summer activities!

This studio is ideal for a couple of adults and two children. It features a main room with a kitchen, sofa bed, a corner with two bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a basement ski storage room.

You'll appreciate the south-facing balcony with its magnificent view of the lake and slopes, and admire the sunsets over the Cantal mountains.
In addition, you can rent a parking space located under the residence for €60 per week.
