The main house (terraced on one side, but not annoying, large hedge 3 meters high separating the two houses) has two bedrooms and breaks down as follows:

On the back of the property, a first shaded terrace near the house will host your meals. A large teak table for 6 people is at your disposal, and a barbecue (weber). You will enjoy a nice view of the valley, and the pool below.

The second level, grassed, is composed of fruit trees (fig and cherry) it will take you directly to the pool area.

The pool area consists of a heated 8X4 salt pool. Two large terraces in stone and wood welcome you on more than 50 m2. They are decorated with deckchairs, armchairs, sofas for your relaxation.
The temperature of the pool is programmed not to go below 27 degrees in July-August, 25 in June and September. (Depending on weather conditions)

At the front of the house, you have a small piece of garden sheltered from view with a garden furniture and chairs, accessible from the dining room.

The property is fully fenced, accessible from a wrought iron gate, automatic.
Remote controlled garden lighting.

Possibility of providing an umbrella for a child.

The environment of the house is extremely peaceful, the neighborhood is discreet. The key word is "quietude".
