All rooms have air conditioning and balcony, the pool has a total of 9x4.5 of 40m², and is in front of the barbecue. Great finish. 1 km from the beach and 200 m from supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries. Condominium with security 24 hours, cable TV, new furniture, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, newsstand. The condominium has private medical center with ambulances and 24-hour care. It is situated opposite Boracay Beach. Great for kids and the elderly.
