Ótimo apartamento

Fiquei hospedado com minha família no apartamento. Gostamos bastante. Ele é muito bem equipado, possui uma ampla sala e boa localização. O condomínio possui uma boa estrutura com piscina aquecida e máquina de gelo para uso dos hóspedes. Recomendo.

Nossa estadia foi em Novembro de 2019. Fomos em 4 pessoas + 1 criança. Gostamos muito do apartamento, super bem equipado e limpo. Exatamente como nas fotos. Localização boa, com um caminho de fácil acesso à praia. Serviço de praia. Ponto positivo para máquina de gelo no prédio! Ótima recepção por todos no prédio. Senhor Fernando também muito atencioso. As fotos disponíveis no site correspondem de forma fiel o que você vai encontrar no imóvel . Muito capricho e aconchego! Me hospedei com a minha família , e ainda que você não queira somente curtir à praia, que foi o meu caso , é possível usufruir das comodidades do condomínio, e para quem vai também com crianças, seria a piscina infantil . A varanda /churrasqueira foi super bem aproveitada, deixando a área mais extensa,tornando o ambiente mais sociável. Os dias em que me hospedei, foram dias chuvosos, porém pretendo retornar para támbem curtir à praia, que é próxima ao condomínio. Proprietário atencioso desde o primeiro contato para locação.

Excelente apartamento! Além de muito confortável, todos os ambientes são bem equipados, especialmente a cozinha, que é interessante para estadias médias e longas e para quem vai com criança pequena, como foi o meu caso. A localização é excelente, nem usamos carro para ir ao shopping, e a pouquíssimos minutos caminhando da praia. O proprietário é extremamente gentil e atencioso. Minha família e eu pretendemos retornar muitas vezes!
