Duplex penthouse, recently renovated, perfect for families, large suites, AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms, glass closet in the balconies dining room, reading and tv, rooftop pool with grill, deck, huge space both on the lower balcony and in the top floor, laundry, 5 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, great home theater, location 5 minutes walk from the beach, beach service with 8 chairs and 2 umbrellas and a staff of the condominium available for eventualities, 4 large covered parking spaces, 2 blocks being one tennis court, ballroom, games room, sauna, 2 swimming pools, one of which is a children's pool (not to mention one of the ap), large barbecue on the ground floor with cutlery, glasses and dishes, ice machine, 2 elevators, with waves until 8am in the morning after well quiet for children, treated water in all dependencies not only in the apartment but in the whole structure of the Riviera.

Apartamento fantástico!

O apartamento é muito melhor do que mostram as fotos. Quartos muito confortáveis, colchões novos, todo climatizado, banheiros excelentes. Muito bom para ir com crianças. A área de churrasqueira e piscina é perfeita! Além da excelente localização. O proprietário foi super solícito! Espero voltar mais vezes.

Apartamento muito bom, espaçoso e limpo. Os funcionários do prédio são muito gentis. Único porém é a máquina de gelo do prédio, que não atendia a todos os apartamentos. Fora isso, localização ótima, vista linda, bem próximo à praia. Apartamento bem equipado. Adoramos!

Região bem localizada. Cadeira e guarda-sol disponível e deixado pelo pessoal do condomínio. A geladeira da piscina demora um pouco pra gelar, mas no condomínio tem gelo a vontade, então tudo certo.
