Welcome to Sea Shell Chalet, a delightful holiday chalet nestled in the heart of Berrara. This charming accommodation is part of the Berrara Beach Chalets and offers a cosy retreat for up to five guests.
Things to note about the property:

- Linen, Towels & Pillowcases are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Shared Laundry facilities
- Guests are Required to supply their own firewood.
- No smoking inside the Chalet
- No pets allowed.
- No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable

Inside:
As you step inside Sea Shell Chalet, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and lounge room. The tasteful decor features a coastal theme, with beautiful sea shells adorning the space and refreshing blue accents creating a tranquil ambiance.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a large TV and an extensive collection of movies located underneath it. Whether you want to unwind with a favourite film or have a cosy movie night with your loved ones, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Continuing through the chalet, on the left you'll find a well-appointed shower and sink, featuring stylish blue tiles and complementing sea shell motifs. On the right side, there's a separate toilet, also decorated with the same coastal-inspired design.

Towards the back of the chalet, you'll discover two comfortable bedrooms, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. With attention to detail and cosy furnishings, these bedrooms provide a serene escape after a day of exploration or beachside adventures.

Outside:
Outside, Sea Shell Chalet boasts a charming veranda, complete with a table and chairs, where you can savour a leisurely breakfast or enjoy a delicious barbecue meal using the provided BBQ facilities. The veranda allows you to soak in the tranquil surroundings while spending quality time with family and friends.

Location:
Like the other chalets in the Berrara Beach Chalets complex, Sea Shell Chalet offers magnificent views and quick access to both the enchanting Berrara Lagoon and the pristine Berrara Beach. Nature enthusiasts and beach lovers will appreciate the proximity to these natural wonders, allowing for memorable walks along the shore and exciting water-based activities.

*Please note* that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
