Spacious holiday home in an old stone house with a private indoor swimming pool (just for you and accessible 24/7) measuring 6x4m (depth 1.10m to 1.80m), heated year-round. We offer various options to enhance your stay: a hammam (available year-round), a counter-current swimming system with hydrotherapy (available year-round), a 5-person hot tub heated to 37°C (available weekends only), and karaoke with a music quiz function for a great evening with friends or family . Heating is provided by a heat pump and central gas boiler. High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. The house is detached and on two levels. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm / 1 double bed 160x200cm + 1 child's bed / 1 double bed 160x200cm), 3 bathrooms (2 with bathtubs, one with toilet / one with shower), separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), TV lounge (with library and games area), shower room, separate toilet. Adjoining outbuilding with independent access: Three bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), and two single beds (90x190cm)), a living/dining area with a TV (a double sofa bed (140x190cm) can be used as an extra bed), a bathroom (with bathtub), and a separate toilet. Garden and terrace. Ping-pong table, picnic area, and children's play equipment (swing/trampoline, 4.20m diameter). Private parking. Baby equipment available.
The price includes: utilities (electricity and gas) for normal use, bed linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Towels are not included (available as an option).
The maximum capacity of the gîte is 15 people (adults and children included); children under two years old are not included in this capacity. This regulatory requirement cannot be waived.
Parties and gatherings are prohibited and you must respect the surrounding neighborhood (see internal regulations).
Weekend rentals (excluding school holidays) run from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm.
Weekly rentals run from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday at 10am.

Vaste gîte pour accueillir une famille nombreuse

Pour nous, c'était l'occasion d'un regroupement familial (14 personnes de 3 ans à 93 ans). Le gîte est vaste et bien conçu, il permet d'accueillir sans problème 14 personnes (grande salle commune, large terrasse). La disposition des chambres permet de réserver à celui qui le souhaite un espace personnel à l'écart du groupe. Les enfants, même les plus jeunes sont en sécurité : pas de circulation automobile, le gîte est situé au fond d'une impasse, vaste pelouse (balançoires, trampoline, tables...) pour accueillir leurs jeux, une piscine couverte qui est très bien pour les plus jeunes et qui peut être sécurisée facilement. L'équipement permet de préparer sans difficulté les repas pour tous le groupe. Les tables (intérieures ou extérieures) accueillent facilement les 14 personnes. Le paysage est superbe et la région accueillante. Nous sommes tout à fait satisfaits de notre séjour.
