Great Flat and area. Poor communication.

This is a great apartment in a brilliant lively area. The interiors are gorgeous and the beds/furnishings are good quality. Fantastic bathroom. The problem we encountered was the front door lock is extremely tricky to work and the host answered none of my messages for the full 2 days we were there.
