I wonder which institution determines the number of stars because with regard to this hotel Fletcher Marijke in Bergen, people are quite wrong. The small room was known but a bathroom of very minimal size, no cold shower water, no balcony, no air conditioning or mechanical ventilation in the room, mattresses too soft, parking fee 7.50 per day, no swimming pool, you wonder where it is 4 star rating ? comes from. That will not only be based on the staff and breakfast because that was great !

great location and staff was very good! No elevator so if you have a heavy bag it is difficult but there is someone there to help you on most cases
