I had a great 3 days and would stay again. I would suggest though that the two trip hazards be highlighted with hazard tape - first is entry door floor lip and second, the biggest problem for me as an older person, was the raised floor lip into the bathroom.

Bathroom light didn’t go on. I asked front desk to fix twice. On the 3rd request eventually came up and told me you have to put your key in this thing by the door. Would’ve been nice to know that. I’ve never seen that before. Maybe it’s common in Europe no idea. The door also wasn’t locking. I couldn’t deadbolt it. The front desk person had some trouble then got it to lock for us. Thankfully I only stayed one night because I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself. After my frustration he did come back with a snack basket which was nice. Would I stay again? No.

Great stay

Wonderful experience. Hotel is located near the harbor and has rooftop area. The gym was basic but had what you need for simple work out. The breakfast was great! Constantly being refreshed, plates removed and good variety of options. Had a superior room which gave us nice windows that could be opened floor to ceiling and a view of the water/harbor.

I was duped into thinking you were part of the Comfort Inn chain because of the logo on the front wall. If I were Comfort Inn, I'd sue. I have taken several photos of items in ill repair, like your elevator indicator buttons. Really dingy, and over $200/night. Shame.

Service was poor at best. Lobby was totally packed and there was no one at the front desk. While he was helping another customer, there should’ve been at least a second person there and never was there two people at the front desk. If you’re using their parking there, make sure you have a small car because it is extremely tight. The breakfast Also was poor at best. They kept running out of everything. Ask for a taxi and they schedule it and when it didn’t show up on time, they did call to find out where it was. If you’re looking at going to the train station from here with luggage, it is not an easy walk. Without luggage it’s fine.

Great value, great breakfast, modern, eco-friendly

Great hotel and really great for the price. Huge selection of healthy breakfast buffet items - I really appreciated the GF and DF options and salad items. Loved having a gym for my morning treadmill run and workout. The lounge area is really comfy and spacious and perfect for relaxing or working. My room was so nice and spacious and modern, with lots of light coming in the large window. Short 10 minute walk to the pier area for tours and restaurants. I liked this part of town as well. There are some cute cafes and shops along the cobblestone streets. The staff at the front desk were all really helpful and friendly. I had a glass of white wine one evening and it was a really good quality Italian wine! I found the hotel had a nice vibe around the common areas and reception. Thanks for a great stay. I highly recommend!
