It was a very good stay for the final 2 days we had in Norway. So close to shopping,dining and staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is they do not have much of a dinner menu so never ate here. Great Indian restaurant nearby.

Closed to everything, great breakfast, great service, no AC so we had to open the windows for the room to be cool. The bar is closed on Sundays. Would recommend.

Perfect location to explore the main area of Bergen. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. We had a beautiful view of the harbor. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean.

Very convenient from Bergen train station just within 15 mins walk to the hotel And going to Bergen airport only 45 mins and the airport bus station is only 5 mins walk from the hotel I would like to thank you for the special arrangement for my wife birthday. Also, the restaurant staff are amazing and providing excellent service for her birthday celebration. Thank you very much ! I would recommend this hotel to all

Disappointing

The hotel location is excellent. Also, the staff were friendly , but looked bored and confused. The rooms were small and dusty, with great views all around the fjord . The general feel in the hallways is of a hostel . The bed was comfortable, but the king was separated into two twins connected with two blankets. There was no phone in our room, and some outlets were not working to connect our chargers . Overall, for the money spent, it wasn’t worth it .

Very narrow space between buildings where we can directly see the next room across from window. Seaview were non-existence as it is a small window where you need to gaze diagonally to catch a glimpse of it. The best part is where the stretch of Bryggen houses can be seen across from hotels outdoor dining area, other than limited beverage service at the lounge, nothing much to rave. Parking were non-existent, difficult to get around parking area too, not to mentioned the inconvenience of loading luggage’s from the car.
