Located 30 minutes South of Sioux Falls, SD All on one level, offers a country acreage get-a-way for guests.

Newly remodeled recording studio now with a cozy queen bed in the bedroom, a convenient office space with a day bed, and a sectional couch in the living room. There is plenty of space to rest.

Enjoy central air conditioning and heating. The separate living room, full kitchen and dining area are great gathering places. There is a large front yard and a grove for games, bird watching, nature walks, or stargazing. A great place in the country to call home-base while you relax or explore the many attractions in Sioux Falls or all of Southeastern South Dakota.

Karol was so warm and accommodating! Before I hit to her lovely place, I asked if they had some non-common cooking utensil and no big deal if they didn't. She actually didn't, but went out of her way to purchase a new one and had it for us. Karol was superbly hospitable in so many ways and was kind and thoughtful. I cannot received her enough.Of course that's not even mentioning the place which was as beautiful as advertised and felt very homey. Clean and setup wonderfully with excellent sundries. 6/5 if it allowed me to post it as such. I will definitely look up her place if we're in the area again and recommend it to anyone.
