The home was so welcoming. The warm, earthy tones made for a relaxing weekend. Location was superb, just a short walk to get downtown. Checking in and out were incredibly easy, no intense checking out requirements. Water pressure in the showers were 10/10. 100% would stay again :)

Location was amazing. Walking distance to downtown! House well laid out for 8 adult bodies. 1 being a teenager! Beds wer so comfy! Everyone left taking a pic of pillows so we could purchase too. Garage was lovely but parking pad even better due to one couple having big truck! House had everything we needed!

The property was clean and organized. The location was perfect for our mountain biking adventure and was walking distance to restaurants which was great. Limted the need for driving. Kitchen had the necessities and the back yard had room to play games and simply sit and relax. Beds were comfortable.

Lots or character and great location

The house is in such a prefect location to downtown and has all the necessities you could need. The house has a ton of character and fun design elements too! The management company was very communicative and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our visit to the Sunny Chalet. The location is great for downtown Bentonville. It's a cute home with nice bathrooms. Our group of two families really enjoyed the home.

Great location, commodious

This home worked well for our family group. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Beds, bedding and towels were of good quality. The walkability to town center and proximity to bike paths were a big plus, too.

The Groom’s Parental Hideaway

Our son got married in the bride’s hometown and we needed a place close by to celebrate with friends/family and rest. This home was FANTASTIC! It is a short walk to the Square. The mid-century modern decor was such a fun vibe. Everything was immaculately clean. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable.

This place is fricking awesome

I stayed here with 8 of my MTB friends here for 4 days to hit the world-class mountain biking trails. The house itself is just a few short blocks into town and impeccably appointed. Highly recommended!

Great Location

The house was good, not great. Negatives first- ants in kitchen on arrival. From there we had sewage draining issues from the start in 2/3 bathrooms, rendering them unusable. Handyman who was not qualified to deal with it was sent out the first day. Second day they had a couple of licensed plumbers out who didn’t fix the issue. Later that day another group came out and resolved the issue. They don’t maintain the property’s exterior, so it was an obvious “rental” from the street. Frustrating for the neighbors I’m sure. Cute house. Bedrooms are all very spacious. Bathrooms are nice. Linens are great. Beds are comfortable. I’ve stayed in better places in Bentonville, but they cost a bit more.

Comfortable home with lots of room.

This is a very comfortable home with a great location close to downtown and museums. We had a couple of issues when we arrived and the friendly management company responded very quickly to address them. The home is large with lots of nice amenities.
