We loved our stay at Bentonville Underground with Hidden Speakeasy! Maria was a wonderful host — communication was easy and prompt from start to finish. The home was spacious, with four very comfortable bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed, plus a thoughtful welcome basket of snacks and goodies.The hidden speakeasy was such fun! My sister-in-law brought her margarita machine, and we all dressed up using the costumes provided — it made for a memorable night of laughter and photos.The location was perfect — close to all the best spots in and around Bentonville. We especially appreciated the detailed notebook filled with local hiking information. We explored the beautiful Tweety Bird Trail and the stunning Tanyard Creek waterfall, both of which were fantastic. Bentonville itself is such a charming town, and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is a must-see.This VRBO was the best place to relax after we were done with our adventures. We’d absolutely stay here again!
This speakeasy was especially memorable and fun! My sister-in-law makes the best margaritas!
Watch out for Bigfoot on the Tweety Bird Trail!

This was a nice, fun, comfortable space for our group of 6 friends (3 couples) visiting Crystal Bridges for the weekend. The speakeasy was quirky and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay again.

A Hidden Gem That Made Our Celebration Unforgettable! We stayed here over the weekend for a special 50th birthday celebration, and this home exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how immaculate everything was—truly one of the cleanest rentals we've ever experienced.The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep and cocktail mixing a breeze. But the real showstopper? The hidden speakeasy. It was a massive hit with our group and added such a unique, stylish flair to the evening. The theme was spot-on and made the whole night feel cinematic.Every bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bedding that made it hard to get up in the morning. The house itself was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that matched the vibe of our gathering perfectly.We also appreciated how spacious it was—there were plenty of rooms to entertain, but also quiet corners to relax and recharge. Fun theme - tons of room!

We stayed with two other couples for the weekend. Everyone had plenty of space to all be together or some private space to ourselves. The place was clean and the speakeasy was so fun!

Great Bentonville Getaway

Family weekend for biking and family time in Bentonville. House was great, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Most of the home has been updated - very nice outdoor area w/ fire pit & table near the creek. Short drive to downtown.

What a great find!

Loved this house! The decor and speak easy were so much fun! Great outdoor space too. Wonderful weekend with family celebrating a milestone birthday. Communication with hosts was flawless. House was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need! Highly recommend.

Great house!

Great house and location. Close to downtown ands trails. We could walk to the airship coffee on the trail in the mornings. The hidden speakeasy was super fun. Plenty of space for our two families. The hot tub was great. Very comfortable home. Great communication with the host. No complaints!

Unforgettable Stay in a Unique "Underground" Retreat

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Our family was extremely happy staying at this property. It is conveniently located to all mountain biking trails and the downtown historic area. The owner provides everything you could possibly need, and the house is immaculately cleaned and beautifully decorated (even better than the pictures). Was a unique and fun family getaway. Secret room was so cool my wife and I stayed in that part. Owners were super quick to fix or get back to us with any problems or concerns. Definitely would recommend going!!

Speakeasy a HIT!

A group of friends traveled to Bentonville for a weekend trip to Crystal Bridges, so we stayed at the Bentonville Underground. It is such an awesome property for a large groups and the hosts have thought of everything! We especially enjoyed all of the super comfortable areas for communing and had a wonderful nights sleep in the comfortable cozy beds. But the most unique thing was the speakeasy behind a secret bookshelf passage. There were hats and boas and it was really fun. We will definitely book it again if we ever go back!

Week with friends

House was exactly like the description. Hot tub was great, yard was very peaceful, and the speakeasy was fun. We did have friends staying in their camper in the driveway (extra charge). The neighbor complained about where they were set up claiming thy they might be loud. They took the passive aggressive step of calling the property manager who asked us to change their camper location.

Speak Easy Review

We thought the house was perfect for what we wanted. It had four rooms with queen or bigger beds, which is a must for four couples. It had several living areas including the speak easy room. It was nicely decorated and had all modern conveniences. The outside area was amazing! Lots of folding chairs for sitting outside, which we did while grilling on the new gas grill. There is also a fire pit and hot tube. Who could ask for anything more. I am not sure if we working the a/c right, but it didn’t get cool enough for some, but I think they might have been whining a little. I was comfortable the whole time. Over all, it was great place to stay and we will be coming back again.

Unique experience

Bentonville was such a wonderful community and this home was such a fun way to immerse ourselves in that community. This home was so unique and our kids just loved it! The owners were also very responsive and had lots of great advice on fun things to do around town. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. Thanks for such a great experience!
