Average villa, very good pool. Terrible customer service from Interhome
Excellent pool. Clean property. Nice bathrooms but no toilet paper when arrived. Towels thin poor quality and have Interhome written on them. No air conditioning, lack of bedroom furniture, no mirrors. No surfaces on which to put belongings. NO internal staircase linking the three floors. You need to go out of the villa every time you want something from another floor. Old and stained sun loungers. Rooms spacious. Some of the furniture is poor. Overpriced. A very nice location. Beach and sea lovely, nice restaurants and bars, but not many. Supermarket just around the corner.
Extremely poor service from Interhome. Rang to say arriving around 8pm. No greeting at the villa. Told to pick up keys from safe in Calpe, taxi charged an extra 10 euros each way for this stop. Required to drop off keys on way back to office. No welcome and unfriendly greeting when returning the keys.No information about the villa just general information about villas. Nothing about Casa Luisa or La Fustera. I will not be using Interhome ever again.
