This beautiful villa with a private swimming pool is located just 1500 meters from the idyllic Baladrar bay and 4 km from Moraira, making it ideal for those seeking tranquillity and privacy, while having all amenities close at hand. The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Los Almendros and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, offering plenty of privacy. Enjoy the sunny terracestake a dip in the 8x4 meter swimming pool. The pool has Roman steps and a fence can be placed to prevent children from disappearing from sight. From the covered terrace with barbecue, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings.



The villa is accessible via stairs and is entirely single-storey, offering three comfortable bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace.
