This is a very beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional.All the staff that we met are always smiling and wanting to do their best to make you feel welcome. The restaurants are all extremely good. We used the spa services three days in a row and we had possibly the best massage in the world. Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The Ritz Carlton is always known for its impeccable service and the one in Bengaluru lived up to it and more. The combination of discrete hospitality coupled with Indian traditions and spectacular artwork makes the hotel a special place. It is also within walking distance of Cubbon Park and Vidhan Soudha. I particularly enjoyed the traditional dance display and lighting of the lamps.
