Excellent service, great staff. Beautiful location and building. The Falak Restaurant was great, room was beautiful and well kept. Definitely one of the top hotels in the city and decently close to the airport. The Bharatya City Mall was connected and great as well.

Our stay at Leela Bhartiya City hotel was an exceptional experience. The hotel ambience was luxurious. All the staff from front desk, concierge, restaurant, security and front gate were incredibly courteous and very helpful, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy. Each and every member when meeting always greeted with namaste. Food was exceptional. The service is amazing. The rooms are huge and well kept . Everything is exceptionally clean. Dipankar in concierge was helpful in arranging our trip to Mysore. Had a very pleasant visit. They also arranged a free pick up from airport one way, when departing also had a representative to help with baggage and going through security. Gift from Shuhasi introduced us to a fragrance we were not familiar with. Kumud & Nilgiri incense sticks made from flowers, scent is authentic and heavenly. Was honoured to take part and light The Leela’s traditional lamp lighting ritual.
