This magnificent 210 m² house, renovated at the end of May 2022, will charm you with its soothing and warm décor. Quiet and comfortable, it includes:
- a large garden with a terrace, a swimming pool (open from 1 June to 30 September), two pool houses with plancha grills and a pétanque court,
- a large, bright and welcoming living room with a 110 m² pool table,
- three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed,
- three bathrooms with showers,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
- private enclosed parking for three cars. It is strictly forbidden to charge your electric car at this property, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.

## Neighbourhood

The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the centre of the village of Benesse-Maremne, where you will find shops and restaurants. In addition to these amenities, you can enjoy the towns of Hossegor and Capbreton with their beaches for a moment of relaxation or water sports (6 minutes by car), or discover the Marais d'Orx 10 minutes away. Finally, if you feel like it, you can visit the Basque Country about 15 minutes away or the Landes Regional Nature Park an hour's drive away.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for giving you the keys.
