Sunriver House.

February 2022 The management company was super responsive and amazing. The house was dated, we could see that in the pictures so no surprise. The bedding -comforters and pillows especially were horrible, like the oldest cheapest pillows you can find. There were a couple extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases and they also were so slim that it took two of them to make one normal hard pillow. After the first night I was ready to go and just purchase new pillows if it came to that for the kids and me. Even my 8 year old complained of a sore neck. I did ask management to see what they could do! They brought us two brand-new wonderful pillows and pillowcases after that I should have asked for two more for the kids but for whatever reason I felt guilty. Also carpet in the bathrooms, oh I guess to each their own, carpeting around a toilet seems very suspect to me. Also note that there is no cooking oil or sugar or some basic things in the kitchen as some rentals do come with but I feel like that's typical! Although we look for and try to rent places that do have that stuff makes for a much more enjoyable experience. Overall great experience good house fun hot tub close to everything good skiing at Bachelor the shark Center we did not use as it was Winter and the tubing was closed so the shark passes did us no good but we got to go ice skating in the village and that was fun as well. Yeah and to reiterate management of the house was great they are very responsive and have somebody who responds to text at any time.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was a beautiful property. I loved the privacy that the hot tub had. We did have an issue with it somehow getting in eco mode and losing heat, but we called and they were out to fix it within the hour.

A sweet stay

This property was spotless. My kids found much to do and even though our stay was shorter than usual we had a fun relaxing long weekend that included skiing, hiking and time in the hot tub for mom.

Great Sunriver home

Stayed here for Spring Break and appreciated the spacious, airy design and location on large lot in North Imnaha area. Despite not being recently updated or renovated this home is immaculate and we very much enjoyed it.

Comfortable home with great amenities.

Two couples enjoyed five nights in this lovely home. The separation of bedrooms upstairs and down made for nice privacy. The kitchen, bbq, patio, and hot tub were all put to good use. One of our couples utilized two of the loaner bikes that came with this unit. The garage gave us a place to keep our car clean and to lock up our personal bikes. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

Family vacation

Great location and nice house for the price. Would definitely stay again! Bikes worked well and were all in good condition. Living room furniture was clean and well maintained. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Outdoor patio furniture was clean and well maintained. Beds were very firm and the pillow were flat like pancakes. Recommend updating the bedding. Kitchen utensils and cutlery are in need of updating. There are some old rusted utensils. There were no hot mitts so I used the white hand towels from the bathroom.
