Accommodating!

This house was perfect for our big group and I appreciate all the bathrooms and space! We also had a buddy whose truck broke down while we were visiting and they accommodated a late check out so they could have access to the bathroom while they waited for a mobile mechanic. Thanks again!

Perfect for our needs, except

This was perfect with the exception of the loud, intermittent banging noise throughout the night. Maintenance came and said it was something defrosting part of the HVAC system.

great place for extended family of 18

This was a very roomy place with plenty of room for all 18 of us. The two large dining tables were great - one for kids (10 of them) and one for adults (8). The game room was a hit for the kids. Also enjoyed watching the Olympics on the large screen TV in the living room, with sufficient seating for everyone. We had two issues where I called Sunset Rentals and they responded very quickly and resolved the issue both times to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay at this place again if our family goes again to SunRiver and it is available.

Family vacation

Property as advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 14. Bedrooms/en suite bathrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with good appliances. Loved the extra refrigerator/freezers! Checking in and out was easy. Location of home great! Good distance from Village and water park. All bicycles were in good working order. Loved the back deck. It had plenty of seating and tables for enjoying dining outside and playing games. We had many visits from the local deer. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Family Time in Sunriver

Our family of 17 stayed here for a week. Here's what we loved: - the bikes in the garage that allowed us to ride all over Sunriver all week -the well stocked kitchen and 3 refrigerators -2 dining room tables so we could share a meal together -enough bathrooms for each family to have one -the hot tub right owtside our door for the chilly mornings -we were close to the pool, restaurants, and wonderful easy biking -the home was on a circle that was safe for little kids to ride bikes around This place gave our family space to be together for a week. We thought the home was clean and well cared for and comfortable for us all. We could all be together in the main living space. Thank you again!

Great Family Weekend!

My family rented this house to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. We had 13 adults, 2 kids, and 3 babies. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a very clean house with a very well stocked kitchen. We would definitely rent this house again for our group!

Anniversary Celebration

We had a great time celebrating our 50th with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the bikes and found it easy to get on to the bike paths. The kids and grandkids used the SHARC passes although it was cooler than expected for June. The guys played golf. And we all got in some hiking, shopping and exploring.. The Observatory at night was amazing! Cant wait to come back!

Great gathering place

This was a great house for getting family together. We liked the design with 7 bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you would need. Great open space with 2 big dinning tables. Close to the village.

Great place to getaway for a family gathering

Place was amazing, enough parking, storage and bedrooms for everyone. Hot tub was fantastic, hot water was to die for and the house was well stocked to meet our cooking and cleaning needs. Ice maker wouldn’t drop ice so that was a bummer. To knowledge, one tv, in the master, was not working but maintenance came quick and resolved the issue. The last night we had a couple visitors- two very large and fluffy raccoons came to the back door, left quite a few tracks around the porch and house. Overall, very easy in and easy out.

First siblings get together 2 years after the passing our parents in 2020

We had 16 adults and there was definitely enough room for all of us to be together. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, pots and pans. The house has a nice warm fuzzy feeling, and we enjoyed our time there immensely. The house is within walking distance to the Village. It would have been nice if the cleaning crew did a walk through before we got there but management was quick to correct the wrong.

Great set up for work travel

I stayed with a group of 7 work colleagues at your house. We had a conference at the lodge (Homestead Building) for 2.5 days and the house was a perfect location. We could easily walk the 10 minutes back for breaks or lunch. With the 4 master bedrooms and large dining area it was a perfect set up for us. We all had our own privacy but had plenty of room for hanging out together outside and inside. It was perfect!

Easy, comfy and FUN!

There were 14 of us so plenty of bikes and Shark passes to go around. Kitchen very well stocked with everything we required to cook and feed the whole group 3 times a day. Hot tub was a delight after a full fun day of playing.

Great place

Loved the layout of the house. Plenty of space to spread out! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, could use more dishes though for eating off of. It's not right on a bike path so that took a little navigating but proximity to resort and mall is excellent!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great to have the air conditioning on when we walked into the house. The front door entry combination we had in our paperwork did not work. We had to make multiple calls at 5:10 pm to get a combination that worked. I left a list of things in the house that didn't work correctly. But, newer appliances were appreciated. My wife was frustrated because horseback riding was booked and prices had doubled since our visit last August. She usually takes 10 grandchildren horseback riding each year.

This big house was a great retreat for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for 3 nights. Loved having all the master bedrooms, since we had 4 families. The extra fridge in the garage was very helpful. It is a bit tricky to get to the bike paths, but after you figure it out, its really not an issue. Nice being close to the center. They worked with us to get more SHARK passes which was helpful.
