Accessed by a private outdoor staircase, this second-floor studio offers an open-concept layout designed for comfort and functionality. On one side of the space, you’ll find a cozy bedroom and living area, while the opposite side features a fully equipped kitchen and dining nook—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The studio includes two convenient storage areas: one located at the top of the stairs and another just off the dining space. The bathroom is a separate, enclosed room for added privacy. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a longer visit, this thoughtfully designed studio has everything you need for a comfortable and stylish retreat. This is part of a duplex. A staircase to the second floor takes you to your own studio space. We live locally. Reach out if you need anything! Early Check-In Policy: Early check-ins may be accommodated at the discretion of the property owner. A fee of $10 per hour will be applied for early arrivals. All early check-in requests must: • Be submitted through the Airbnb app messenger • Receive verbal approval from either Addy or Quincy • Be paid in advance via a money request through the Airbnb platform Early check-in is not confirmed until payment has been received and written confirmation is provided via the Airbnb messenger.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a dining area. The apartment also includes an ironing board.
