Welcome to Bellbrae, a peaceful area located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road.
Our newly built self-contained stylish guesthouse features two bedrooms and shares the grounds with a large family home. It is surrounded by gum trees and beautiful native bushland, providing a tranquil escape for guests. The guesthouse is conveniently located just a short drive from Torquay, its beaches, and the famous Bells Beach Surf Reserve.
Welcome to our lovely guesthouse studio!

You'll love the separate and private outdoor area, complete with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens out onto a patio, BBQ and garden.

The kitchen has modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop, fridge and microwave (please note there is no oven). You'll find two spacious bedrooms and a stunning bathroom, complete with beautiful Mediterranean tilework.

We can't wait for you to experience the comfort and relaxation of our wonderful guesthouse studio!

There is a private driveway for the studio seperate to the main house.

Guests have full private use of the self-contained studio.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

Rainy weekend tucked away

We stayed over a wet weekend and found it to be a cosy place to be as a family.The tasteful decoration and quality products (amazing mattress!) made it very comfortable.We had an issue with some minor flooding due to so much rain but the property manager were very responsive and helped us with extra towels. These things happen!Would highly recommend this for a cosy getaway close to the beaches and Torquay.
