prenotato anno 2016 hotel cecchini tutto ok su portale,prenotato anno 2017 hotel cecchini sempre sui portali il giorno prima della partenza mi cambia da hotel cecchini a rimini a hotel rosy a bellaria,( oltre 10 km di distanza ), accetto senza problemi..anno 2018 prenoto sempre sul portale hotel villa dei plantani e come al solito il giorno prima mi avvisa cambio hotel ... villa rosy...accetto ancora una volta senza problemi anno 2019 prenoto hotel rosy camera doppia sei mesi prima pagamento anticipato sembre sul portale per mio errore avevo messo 1 adulto invece di 2.... il sig.giovanni direttore di questo hotel mi a parcheggiato dicendomi solo che loro rispettano il portale...senza trovare alcuna soluzione .ma volevo DIRE ma nel 2017,,,2018 il portale non lo avete rispettato ? e lo rispettate solo quando vi fa comodo a voi ?

La professionalità paga sempre

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole sia per l'accoglienza in struttura e in spiaggia che per le condizioni meteo. il Sig Giovanni che si occupava della struttura ha saputo con la sua umanità, cordialità, semplicità ed attenzione sopperire a piccoli disguidi strutturali di una struttura attempata.

Dovevo soggiornare per 5 giorni ma al secondo siamo scappati. Chi dice che è datato fa un gran complimento perché posso solo dire che è fatiscente! Visto che il signor Giovanni risponde in maniera stizzita volevo dirgli che va bene tutto ma l’informazione deve essere chiara così chi va è consapevole di quello che trova! Non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia perché il bagno non aveva la tenda e così piccolo che si rischiava di bagnare anche il letto! Sono ammessi gli animali ma devono stare rinchiusi in camera! Letto matrimoniale due materassi singoli, scomodissimo, con la rete rotta e le tavole di legno sotto il materasso a tamponare! Io vorrei domandare a chi è contento di questo hotel: ma dove abitate? Dovremmo essere pagati noi per soggiornare all’hotel Rosy. Sconsigliato vivamente!

Staff really friendly and helpful. A nice size room, but the bathroom was very small. It was clean, that being the main thing. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. Would stay there agin and recommend to other travellers.
