Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I checked in and there was white crusted substance right on the comforter top, along with other places on the comforter. The pillowcase had washed out blood and other liquids stained on the corner. I had to sweep the place when I got there, and so many other things (don’t expect to eat without washing all pots and pans they are covered in sawdust from no working drawer). I took off all bedding and slept on towels. I contacted the contact given and was able to leave property however no refund from Evolve company or owner of unit for the awful night I had to stay there. They ruined my entire trip and Evolve said their standards of cleanliness may not have been met however no refund for the night I was stuck there was available. Never use Evolve to make a reservation they don’t care about their clients and are all about the bottom dollar. bodily biohazards are apparently not a problem to cuddle up with and certainly not worth a refund according to Evolve.
