GUEST ACCESS

• You will have access to the entire home and dock! The home sits on a lake front lot with wood steps built down to the dock area. Enjoy the propane grill on the back patio, stare at the fire pit, or soak up the sun down on the dock.

• Guests are welcome to tie off their boat at the dock. We do have several dock cleats for tie-off.

• As a guest, you are allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities (a list of amenities and prices can be found at bellavistapoa/com/fee-rates-schedule/) if you request guest passes from us after your booking is confirmed, at least 3 business days before your arrival. Full instructions will be provided after booking.

★ IMPORTANT: These amenities are not guaranteed by us as part of your rental agreement. Our only involvement is to request the passes so you can arrange and pay for the activities you wish to enjoy. The amenities are not free but you are provided access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. We provide your contact info to the POA, and they manage it from there and will send the passes.

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!


LOCATION

• Quiet and peaceful lakefront community! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake & views.

• Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week.

• Parking: we have parking for no more than 4 vehicles. The POA does not allow street parking and we can get a max of 4 vehicles in the driveway depending on the size.

• If needed, guests will have access to the garage and 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage.

• We have bike storage setup in the garage with an air compressor and water hose for bike wash-off.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Feel free to bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
